Good moring! Let's make some granola!

Good morning!

Let’s make some homemade (Oolaboo styled) granola to make the start of your day even better!

This is what you will need:

  • Fresh red fruits
  • Curd cheese (homemade if preferred)
  • 250 g oat flakes
  • 75 g peeled walnuts
  • 75 g white hazelnuts
  • 75 g white almonds
  • 75 g sunflower seeds
  • 75 g pumpkinseeds
  • 3 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. sea salt flakes
  • 100 g coconut oil
  • 50 g dried cranberry’s
  • A baking tray with baking paper

Preheat the oven to 160˚C. Mix all the nuts together with honey in a bowl and spread the mixture across the baking sheet. Roast the nuts for 10-15 minutes in the oven and mix the nut mixture every 8 minutes (to prevent burning). Take the nut mixture out of the oven and sprinkle it with the salt flakes. Let it cool until the nuts are crisp again. Roast the sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds in a dry, hot frying pan and let it cool. Mix the nuts with the seeds. Add the dried cranberries to the mixture. Scoop some red fruits into a jar with the curd cheese and add the homemade granola. Finish off with even more delicious strawberries, grapes, raspberries or other seasonal fruits.
